Start here: You would do this for each of the packages in question. After that, you need to find what other database files are damaged/missing. I would use something like lostfiles in the AUR to see what pacman isn't tracking, then use pkgfile to see what package those files are supposed to belong to.

It could take some time. There may be a better way, maybe someone else will chime in with an idea.

I installed lostfiles and ran the script.the output consisted of my entire filesystem. Obviously, this is a major problem. Having said that, my system seems to be operating normally and I can obviously still install and run new packages. Yeah, you're kind of screwed, your entire pacman database is gone.

You're going to have to reinstall every package (with --force) to rebuild it. And don't forget to get the install reason correct. I simply used dd and losetup to create and mount a loopback device, then used fsarchiver to dump a saved file system archive onto the device to copy over the files from its /var/lib/pacman/local to the same directory on my local host.

After that, all that was left to do was a system update with the --force flag. My system is repaired, but the tools/thesaurus is still grayed out in libreoffice writer, even though libmythes is installed and recognized by pacman.

Edit: For some inexplicable reason, going to tools>options>language settings>writing aids and toggling the OpenOffice.org New Thesaurus off and on, seems to have solved the issue. Perhaps, because I had the option enabled before the package was forked.I really don't know. Anyway, marking as solved.
