Ben 10 Alien Force: Vigilax Attacks! Walkthrough Nintendo DS ©2010 D3Publisher (reprinted with permission on IGN.com) The Story Ben, Gwen, and Kevin return in their most epic adventure yet! Vilgax has invaded Earth and it is up to Ben and his friends to try and stop him. With a little help from Professor Paradox and other surprise guests, Ben will definitely need all the help he can get. Play as ten Alien Forms including the Nintendo DS exclusive: Upchuck! This adventure will take Ben and his friends all over the galaxy to fight his most formidable foes and to find a way to save not only the Earth, but the whole Galaxy! The Omnitrix The Omnitrix will give Ben all the power he needs to finish the game.
Ben, the bearer of the Omnitrix, has the power to transform into different Alien Forms and back. The Omnitrix is located on the Touch Screen and can be used at any time when playing as Ben. Simply touch any one of the ten Alien portraits on the screen and Ben will instantly be transformed into that Alien! The Omnitrix also keeps track of the number of lives left, badges collected, XP collected, and score earned from defeating enemies. Alien Forms Now more powerful than ever, Ben returns with ten unique Aliens to choose from! Each Form has its own unique abilities that Ben can use to defeat Vilgax and his minions. 
Swampfire Master of fire and plants, this Alien Form allows Ben to attack foes from any distance. Goop Goop has great combo attacks and can take out a group of enemies while dodging attacks by constantly shape shifting. Spidermonkey Spidermonkey's a web-swinging, fastpaced, agile Alien that can climb up walls, capture enemies in webbing, and move so fast enemies have trouble keeping up with his attacks. Humungousaur Humungousaur's massive attacks and huge size help get Ben through obstacles in his way, whether it's a column or giant enemy.
Brainstorm A brilliant Alien being, Ben will definitely need him to get around the Alien's home planet: Encephalonus IV. He may not be as fast as the other Alien Forms, but his ability to create electricity makes up for it. Big Chill This 'ghost-like' Alien may not seem too strong, but his freezing abilities will make any enemy think twice before attacking him. Being able to turn Invisible while blocking also helps when there's lots of action and blocking seems impossible with other Aliens. Chromastone This Alien brings lots of energy to a battle, literally! Chromastone's laser attacks will keep any enemies away while he makes a battle plan. But if that does not work, he also has a good set of melee attacks.
Echo Echo With his ability to duplicate himself, this small Alien will outnumber any enemy attempting an attack. If being pummeled by several copies of him doesn't do the trick, his high pitched sound waves will definitely knock enemies back. Upchuck Exclusively on the Nintendo DS, Upchuck will send enemy's attacks right back at them by simply blocking, if you consider it blocking. It all revolves around his species' strong stomachs and large appetites, which gives Ben some interesting attacks. Jet Ray One of the more powerful members of the team, Jet Ray comes flying in with both aerial and ground attacks so powerful enemies are knocked literally off their feet!
